1. Returns Process:

‍a. We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

b. To initiate a return, please contact us at apocalypse@ricketyroom.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

c. Include the RMA number on the return package and ensure that the item is securely packaged.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

‍a. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

b. Some items, such as any original art exhibit, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for details.

3. Return Shipping:
